Despite the outstanding performance according to EN ISO 13997 with 97.4N, the somewhat coarser knitted PRO has a convincing wearing comfort and good touch properties. In the food industry and especially in the meat processing industry, the PRO is the ideal and safe protective glove for the hand holding the cut material or for changing knives on membrane skinning machines, derinders or cutters.
